MINISTRY LEADERS - YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE!
1) If your ministry is participating in and/or securing a date to hold an event, meeting or transportation, ALL dates, rooms and/or transportation requests must be submitted to the Events Coordinator, Deacon Barbara Offer, to be placed on the HTC Church Calendar. This will ensure that there are no date conflicts with church activities. Additionally, please notify Deacon Offer if you have been provided a date for an event and the event is canceled.
2) As a reminder, ALL letters, mailings, fliers and/or correspondence representing the Holy Temple Cathedral are to be approved by the Office of Administration PRIOR to your distribution or request. Additionally, reproductions of prior correspondence must be approved.
3) Any solicitations of our community partners for donations and/or contributions, on behalf of the Holy Temple Cathedral, should be communicated to the Office of Administration PRIOR to your request. We want to continue to build happy, productive relationships in our community. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
